Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for unopened perfumes. To qualify for a return, the perfume must be in its original packaging with the foil intact.
Return of Discovery Sets
Please note that our sample set is non-returnable once opened due to hygiene reasons and its intended purpose for testing.
Return Process:
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service at service@exceed.store within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the product is returned safely.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm it is unopened and in its original condition, we will process a refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
Note: We do not accept returns for opened or used products. Additionally, shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item worth over €75 you should consider using a tracked shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
