MICHELLE MOELLHAUSEN
Born in 1989 in Milan to a multicultural family, she grew up between Paraguay and Italy, developing a rich perspective that fuels her creative approach to perfumery. Fluent in four languages and educated in International Business in Boston, she later honed her craft at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery.
Since 2012, Michelle has worked at Moellhausen, where she is now R&D Director, specializing in the development of fragrances and innovative ingredients for modern perfumers. Inspired by her multicultural roots and love of nature, she draws on intuition, technical expertise, and deep knowledge of raw materials—like Petit Grain from her beloved Paraguay—to craft unique and evocative scents.
Her talent and dedication to the art of perfumery have earned her membership in the Société Française des Parfumeurs and Women in Flavor and Fragrance Commerce Inc.

PATRIZIA CEZZA
Born in 1964 in Milan, she discovered her passion for chemistry and scent creation early on. After studying Industrial Chemistry and starting her career in the fragrance industry at Florasynth, she fell in love with the artistic side of perfumery. Her sharp observational skills, sensitivity, and deep curiosity enabled her to transform raw materials into sophisticated olfactory creations.
For over 23 years, Patrizia has dedicated herself to the art of perfume, blending technical mastery with a unique sense of beauty inspired by her experiences in both fashion and chemistry. Today, as executive and master perfumer, she crafts fragrances that embody refined aesthetics and emotional depth.

SIMONE LO BUE
His love for beauty and fashion comes from his grandmother, a haute couture designer. Simone’s journey into perfumery began unexpectedly while financing his chemistry studies, when he was chosen to work at a renowned Milan perfumery. Despite initial doubts about being a man in a female-dominated field, he discovered a deep passion for the transformative power of perfumes.
His talent quickly caught the attention of the LVMH group, leading him to work with prestigious brands like Givenchy, Kenzo, Pucci, and Fendi. After mastering make-up techniques and serving as National Make-up Artist at Givenchy Italia, his fascination with raw materials and fragrance creation was ignited during a 2015 specialization course. Since then, Simone has dedicated himself to crafting fragrances full of character that reflect his rich and multifaceted personality.

RITA BRENA
Born in 1979 in Melzo near Milan, she grew up in a close-knit family with strong values like respect, hard work, and gratitude. Her fascination with scents began early, inspiring her to study chemistry and biotechnology to understand the science behind fragrances. As a child, she experimented with flowers and plants, dreaming of creating magical elixirs.
At 22, Rita joined Moellhausen in 2001, immediately captivated by the world of raw materials. Starting with weighing formulas, she honed her innate olfactory sensitivity while learning every ingredient. Before moving into fine perfumery, she developed fragrances for technically demanding applications like detergents and cosmetics. Today, she passionately crafts refined, exclusive perfumes at Moellhausen, fulfilling the dream she has had since childhood.
